0000230: Prefixes [G] for Global and [L] for local

Description

Unable to have prefixes before usernames, like [G] when users are talking in Global.

Additional Information

Is this even possible to achieve at all? I remember it was possible before. If ti is possible, is there a way to add the faction tag as well? Like this;
'[G] **FactionName ~Username: Message'
No big deal if the faction tag can't be added.

Only name-changing plugins in use:
Essentials (+Group manager) 2.9.1
and Factions 1.6.7
