0000135: Plugin dislikes working on a server.

Description

This is what I get in console when I attempt to run the server. /heros doesnt work. Nothing in the heros plugin works.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Most recent bukkit release with these plugins .jars and folders in your Plugins folder.

- Essentials Folder
- Heros Folder
- Essentials.jar
- EssentialsChat.jar
- EssentialsProtect.jar
- EssentialsSpawn.jar
- Heroes.jar
- PermissionsPlus.jar

2) Run the server
3) Watch server logs
4) You should get above bug.

Additional Information

(Another minor bug I have is that the HeroesClassesGenorator fails to hook onto the Skills file and display the premade skills.

(0000336) TheTMTrainer (reporter) 2012-03-13 03:39	I could tell I need vault, my problem is I have no clue where to obtain that file. If others have this problem I would like to know how to help them fix it, because right now, I am at a lost to whee to find this Vault file.
